Book your private shopping experience at The Book Room and enjoy an evening of exclusive discounts, free gifts, and light refreshments in a cozy, bookish atmosphere. Perfect for book clubs, birthdays, or a night out with friends!
SPECIAL EVENT OFFERS*:
- Exclusive Discount: Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on your entire purchase
- One Free gift with purchase of $20 or more (e.g. mini candle, pen, pocket notebook, bookmark, etc.) The free gift will be based on availability of the item.
- Welcome Gift Bag: The host receives a "Thank You" gift bag with bookish items!
- Refreshments: One complimentary bottle of wine is included with the booking as well as access to the complimentary tea bar. If your group would like to bring additional wine/sodas, charcuterie or some snacks, we will have a table available. No food, plates or utensils will be provided. No heated or prepared foods are allowed. (Non-alcoholic option available upon request!)
REQUIREMENTS**:
- A minimum of 6 guests is required to book a private shopping event. Maximum group size is 10 guests
- A $25 deposit to secure the date. This will be applied toward purchases during the event.
- The deposit is refundable based on the following timeline.
- Refundable if canceled eight days prior to the booking.
- Non-Refundable is canceled within 7 days of the booking.
- Events must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for preparation.
